Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada ataupun tidak ada signifikansi metode guide reading terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas I SDN 4 Cisande Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 31 siswa. Penggunaan instrumennya berupa tes berupa Lembar Kerja Proses (LKP) dan angket. Hasil penelitian dari variabel motivasi belajar siswa di SDN 4 Cisande dikatakan rendah, bisa terlihat dari hasil perolehan evaluasi siswa yang masih dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data deskriptif metode guide reading diperoleh nilai tertinggi 288 dan nilai terendah 182, sedangkan hasil analisis data deskriptif motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai tertinggi 85 serta nilai terendah 70. Adapun nilai Fhitung=0.545<Ftabel=1.85 yang berarti data bersifat linear. Pada analisis data, persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh data Y=71.985+0.022. Serta koefisien determinasi diperoleh data 0.1232=0.015 atau 1.5% variabel X menentukan variabel Y. Uji signifikansi melalui uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung=0.665<ttabel=0.725 dengan dk 31, dan hasil signifikansi 0.511>0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis didapat Phitung<Ptabel sehingga Ha tolah dan Ho terima. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode guide reading terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas I SDN 4 Cisande Kabupaten Sukabumi. Kata Kunci: membaca nyaring, metode guide reading, motivasi belajar. GUIDE READING METHOD ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION IN READING LOUDLY LESSONABSTRACT Guide reading Method is a guided learning method aimed to help students in using learning strategy to read independently. While learning motivation is a strong urge and power to achieve certain goals. This research is aimed to find out whether or not the guide reading method affects students’ learning motivation in One Grade of SDN 4 Cisande, Sukabumi. This research used correlation method, while the population in SDN 4 Cisande is 34 students and the total samples is 31 students. Instruments used in this research are process worksheet and questionnaire. The data analysis technique was helped by SPSS 16.0 application for Windows. The result shows that students’ learning motivation of SDN 4 Cisande is low. It can be seen in the score of the students which are still below the passing grade. Based on analysis of descriptive data of Students’ score, the highest score is 288 and the lowest is 182, while the result of descriptive data analysis of students’ learning motivation, the highest score is 85 and the lowest is 70. In normality test, it is obtained significance data 0.188>0,05  which means score distributes normally. In linearity test, it is obtained significance score 0.428>0,05, and score of Fcount=0.545<Ftable=1.85 which means the data is linear. In data analysis, regression equation in this research obtained data Y=71.985+0.022. And data for determination coefficient is 0.1232=0.015 or 1.5% x variable determines Y variable. Significance test through t test, it is obtained score tcount=0.665<ttable=0.725 with dk 31, and significance result 0.511>0,05. The result of hypothesis is Pcount<Ptable so Ha is rejected and Hois accepted. It means that Guide reading Method does not affect learning motivation of students in one grade SDN 4 Cisande, Sukabumi significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan memberikan informasi mengenai pengelolaan tenaga pendidik di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prosedur kegiatan rekrutmen di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor yang memiliki perbedaan dengan sekolah lainnya. Perbedaan tersebut diantaranya ialah pada tahap seleksi lamaran, tes tertulis dan non-tertulis, dan orientasi. Selain itu juga SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor memiliki program pengembangan karier unggulan berupa dana beasiswa pendidikan tingkat lanjut sarjana (S1)-pascasarjana (S2) dan juga program pelatihan dan pembinaan yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan atau berkelanjutan dalam satu minggu sekali sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci: pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, pengembangan karier, rekrutmen.  THE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSABSTRACTThis study is intended to find, describe and provide information about the management of educators in SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through technical observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers used with data deduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is the procedure of recruitment activity at SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor which has a difference with other schools. These differences are in the application selection phase, written and non-written test, and orientation. In addition, SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor has a leading career development program in the form of scholarship fund for Undergraduate School (S1) - Postgraduate School (S2) as well as training and coaching programs that are implemented continuously or continuously in one week according to the schedule.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu membuat perangkat berteknik think-pair-share dan hasil pengembangannya dinyatakan telah praktis, valid dan memiliki keefektifan serta layak dipakai selama pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) model 4D yakni define, design, develop dan desseminate. Hasil akhir berupa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, silabus, assesmen dan lembar kerja siswa yang dinyatakan valid, efektif dan juga bersifat praktis pada aspek afektif, pskimotor dan kognitif oleh beberapa ahli dibidangnya (validator). Penggunaan perangkat berteknik think-pair-share ini ternyata mampu meningkatkan kompetensi siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika baik pada aspek afektif, psikomotor maupun kognitif.Kata Kunci: think-pair-share, kompetensi fisika, penelitian dan pengembangan  THE USE OF THINK-PAIR-SHARE TECHNIQUES FOR IMPROVING THE COMPETENCE OF PHYSICSABSTRACTThe purpose of the research is to create a think-pair-share technic tool and it is expected that its development results are stated to be practical, valid and have effective and feasible use during learning. This research uses research and development method (R & D) 4D model that is define, design, develop and disseminate. The final result is the implementation plan of learning, syllabus, assessment and student worksheet that is declared valid, effective and also practical on affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects by some experts in their field (validator). The use of think-pair-share tech device is able to improve students' competence in physics subject both on affective, psychomotor and cognitive aspects.

Abstract

        Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran selama ini, guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran yang representatif dan efektif, sehingga siswa tidak maksimal dalam menerima informasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Selain itu, penyajian guru kurang bervariasi dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran terkesan monoton dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang nilai rata-ratanya masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Geoboard terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Sindangkarsa 2 Kecamatan Tapos Kota Depok, tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 2A dan 2B yaitu sebanyak 78 siswa, kemudian dari 78 siswa tersebut kelas 2B dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 39 siswa. Teknis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen desain nonequivalent control group design pretest posttest. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Ttabel > Thitung sebesar 2.111 > 1.687 yang berarti penggunaan media pembelajaran Geoboard menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Geoboard, Hasil Belajar, Matematika.  EFFECT OF GEOBOARD LEARNING MEDIA TO STUDENT LEARNING RESULTSABSTRACT        This research is based on the problems in the learning process so far, the teacher has not used the media of learning that is representative and effective, so that students are not maximal in receiving information provided by the teacher. In addition, the presentation of teachers is less varied in the selection of learning methods, so that learning impressed monotonous and impact on student learning outcomes that the average value is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the influence of Geoboard learning media on student learning outcomes in learning mathematics. This research was conducted in SDN Sindangkarsa 2 Subdistrict Tapos Depok, academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of this study are all students of class 2A and 2B that is 78 students, then from 78 students are class 2B sampled by the number of 39 students. Technical research used is quantitative research with nonequivalent control group design pretest posttest design experiment method. The data were collected using interview technique, observation, test and questionnaire. The result of research is Ttable> Tcount for 2,111> 1,687 which means the use of Geoboard learning media shows the positive effect to the students' learning result in math learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Tujuan utama di dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana interaksi sosial yang dilakukan siswa autis terhadap siswa non autis melaui penggunaan metode pembelajaran kerja kelompok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara observasi (kepada siswa autis), wawancara (kepada siswa autis, siswa non autis, dan guru), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi sosial diantara siswa autis dan non autis pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok dapat memberikan rangsangan bagi interaksi siswa autis. Interaksi sosial yang dilakukan oleh siswa autis dan non autis pada saat proses pembelajaran tidak berlangsung menunjukkan siswa autis mampu berkomunikasi dan berbaur dengan siswa non autis. Pengunaan metode kerja kelompok kepada siswa autis dan non autis dapat menciptakan situasi di dalam kelas menjadi lebih menyenangkan sehingga dapat memtotivasi siswa khususnnya siswa autis. Secara umum, interaksi sosial diantara siswa autis dengan siswa non autis memberikan dampak yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan akademik dan sosial siswa autis.Kata Kunci: Metode keja Kelompok, Interaksi Sosial, Siswa Autis  EMPLOYING GROUP WORK METHOD IN SOCIAL INTERACTION FOR AUTISTIC STUDENTABSTRACTThis research uses qualitative approach with case study type. The main objective in this research is to know how social interaction done by autistic students to non autistic students through the use of group work learning method. The data collection is done by observing the skill of auis students, interviews to autistic students, non autistic students, and teachers, and documentation. The results showed that social interaction among autistic and non autistic students during the learning process took place by using group work method can provide stimulation for the interaction of autistic students. The social interaction performed by the autistic and non autistic students during the learning process did not take place showed that autistic students were able to communicate and mix with non autistic students. The use of group work methods to autistic and non-autistic students can create the situation in the classroom to be more enjoyable so as to motivate students particular autistic students. In general, social interaction among autistic students with non-autistic students provides a good impact in achieving the academic and social goals of autistic students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektivitas kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan responden 89 santri alumni. Variabel penelitian ini adalah efektivitas kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dokumentasi dan angket. Uji validitas penelitian ini menggunakan pendapat ahli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus kai kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi yang terdiri dari dua cakupan mata pelajaran akhlaq dan fiqh “efektif”. Keefektifan tersebut diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan kai kuadrat yang diperoleh harga XO (observasi X2O =11,3818. Hasil ini kemudian dikonsultasikan pada nilai kritik taraf signifikan X2t 5% = 5,991 dengan dk =2 dan ini berarti X2O observasi lebih besar dari X2t pada taraf signifikan 5 %. Hipotesis nihil yang menyatakan kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan tidak efektif “ditolak”. Sedangkan hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan di Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi efektif “diterima”. Persentase kurikulum berbasis kemasyarakatan pada mata pelajaran akhlaq 89 % efektif dan pada mata pelajaran fiqh 90 % efektif.Kata Kunci: efektivitas, kurikulum, masyarakat.EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRICULUM BASED ON COMMUNITYABSTRACT The curriculum basically occupies a central position in the education process. This means that the curriculum is something very strategic to control the course of the education process. The curriculum directs all forms of educational activity and the achievement of educational goals. Community-based curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Darussyifa Al-Fithroh is coloring the activities of the subjects with social values such as on the subject of morals and fiqh. The purpose of this research is to know how far the effectiveness of community based curriculum in Pondok Pesantren Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi. This research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive method with 89 respondents’ santri alumni. The variable of this research is the effectiveness of Community Based Curriculum. Data collection techniques used observation methods, uninterrupted interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Test the validity of this study using expert opinion. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive statistical data with kai square formula. The results showed that the Effectiveness of Community Based Curriculum in Pondok Pesantren Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi consisting of two subjects of akhlaq and fiqh subjects "effective". The effectiveness is obtained from kai square results obtained by price XO (observation X2O = 11.3818. Results are then consulted on the criticism value of significant level X2t 5% = 5.991 with dk = 2 and this means X2O observations greater than X2t at significant level 5%. The null hypothesis that the community-based curriculum in Integrated Pesantren Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi is ineffective is "rejected", while the alternative hypothesis which states that the community-based curriculum at Pondok Pesantren Terladu Darussyifa Al-Fithroh Sukabumi is effectively "accepted." Porsentase based curriculum societal subjects on 89% effective subjects and on fiqh subjects 90% effective.
